Bryan and his team literally saved our home.  In 2022 we purchased a pine log home with known rot issues.  I’m a lifelong woodworker with experience in all other aspects of woodwork, so I had a plan in my head that was going to fix this house myself.  When I started cutting slices off my log ends to see where the rot “ended” I was shocked to find the rot actually got worse.  The more I cut, the worse it got.  I slowly realized that the rot was at least 10 times worse than I had originally thought, and my heart sank.  I realized how over my head this problem was and I did some research online.  I found Bryan and a few others nearby, but I vibed with Bryan best so I invited him out to give us an estimate.  He spent a couple hours looking over my house and likely trying to decide if he even wanted such a job.  Luckily he loves a good challenge and gave an estimate with a range from best case scenario to worst.  Bryan and his crew worked through one of our worst winters putting in long hours in horrible conditions, and the whole time my house was just serving more awful surprises.  We ultimately needed way more logs than we originally figured, because the rot was so much more prevalent than anticipated.  I don’t know how these guys kept the motivation to keep going on some of those days, but after a few months, our home is like new again.  I literally cannot believe how good he was able to make it look, given how awful it was before. And the best part is now I know my home is SOLID.  He ended up replacing just under half of the horizontal exterior logs on my 2500 sqft home, 100% of all four corners included, and made it all look cohesive while adding wonderful touches to keep with and enhance the rustic uniqueness of our home.  He was even able to do it within the budget of the original estimate. I couldn’t be more thankful to Bryan and his crew for their efforts, I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Brian refinished our 3500 sq ft log home. Did great job. Stripped old dark finish and refinished to look like new in blond color. He does extras like buffing wood after stripping, refinish included the wood frames to our Anderson windows, which now look like new. Bryan did an amazing job on my log home. It was an incredible process of power washing, stripping off years of old (oil-based), sanding (every log!), and prepping and applying new water-based stain. I have had so many compliments about how beautiful my cedar house looks after Bryan, and his Restoration Solutions company did my house last year. One year after, and still looks fantastic.  After speaking to Bryan just one time, it became obvious he is not your usual trim and paint contractor. He understands the chemistry involved with what he does, and just as importantly understands what the weather or other treatments have done specifically to my wood sided house. Also, I might add, because of his knowledge and skill, he was very creative in finding solutions to my home's specific issues. He made a customized plan designed for my house based on what he found, and he took all the time needed to explain it to me. In fact, this was a strong point for me, that he really wanted me to understand why he was approaching my house in the way he did. He gave me a lot of confidence. It can be complicated, but he is a talented, patient, and caring teacher.  I truly understood by his words and actions what he was doing, and because of this, I understood the amount of work needed to truly make a beautiful restoration job that would be long lasting.  Of course, time will tell, from what I saw him doing, and the results I am seeing now. Had them do a home wash before repainting my house.  The wash turned out so good I did not see the need to repaint.  With some of the money saved from not needing to paint my house I had them also do a moss removal and treatment on my roof.  My house looks brand new and I saved money. Great local business to work with. When I first talked to Bryan about our project I had spoken to several companies and none of them had the expertise and knowledge to make us feel at ease with the scope of our project. Unlike everyone else I spoke to I could tell that wood care and log homes was his specialty. He went thru every step of the project with us and even the unforeseen complications of our older home were communicated and handled very easily. The project went smoothly and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Since then I have seen several other beautiful projects they have done as well as referring them to work on several friends and family members homes. Dependable, professional, and knowledgeable service.  Excellent prep work (the key to a good job)  and a beautiful finish was applied to our cedar country home. Originally we thought we would just need our deck painted, but once Bryan started working on the deck he discovered there was actual wood rot underneath. To fix this and restore the deck, he came up with a plan to get rid of the tons of fussy posts that we didn't want and streamline the deck. He did a beautiful job and the beauty of the cedar wood has now been restored with a new railing, cables and new outer edge of cedar. It looks great! I have used Restoration Solutions for moss elimination on a roof at my rental property we are almost 5 years since treated and still looks great. I was suppose to get it treated after 3 years but i lagged.
